thinking...

So i've been thinking about how much i miss being in Japan with my scrapbooking buddies and doing the market days and bazaars. I had a lot of fun making things and selling them. I liked to call it my job. So I was thinking of trying to do that again from home. Just to add to something else I can offer when I advertise CTMH.

I wanted to make pre-made layouts and books. I've been wanting to do this for awhile now. I looked around the internet and I was amazed at how expensive a page, a layout can be... yet a lone a book. Some of them were pretty plain to be charging so much. In my opinion at least. I understand that it is time consuming sometime but wow!! I didn't plan on charging that much.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my new venture... added to the many things that i do and love to do it... lol. If you know me at all... you know i like to stay busy!! Let me know what you guys think.

BIG LOTS!!!

So, I guess this is what they (as in the scrapbooking world) a "Big Lots haul."

So, I was on a roll scrapbooking and needed more paper. So, I was trying to look for a Jo-Ann's and drove by Big Lots. I stopped in since I love that store, but i wanted to see if i could find any baby stuff... instead i run into THIS!!! They sell kits of 4 papers and a whole lot of embellishments for $2!! So I bought 4 or 5 sets and this what i got!! ALL of this!! I am so excited!!

Chat's Baby Shower

I made a 6x6 card for her baby girl due in June 2010.

So I thought I would make one my best friends a shadow box baby announcement for her first baby... and it's a girl!! It turned out so cute, I almost kept it for myself. Instead, i took the leftover papers and made myself a 2-page layout.
